Yao Jing, the Chinese language ambassador to Pakistan, has stated that China is fascinated by enhancing its import of potato, cherry and wheat from Pakistan.
The ambassador met Federal Minister for Nationwide Meals Safety and Analysis Sahibzada Muhammad Mehboob Sultan on Friday and mentioned bilateral commerce and cooperation in several sectors, together with agriculture and livestock.
Jing stated that his authorities will formally invite Pakistani consultants to observe the Chinese language experience in hybrid rice seed manufacturing.
Talking on the event, the federal minister stated that Pakistan and China had been members of assorted organisations, together with Shanghai Cooperation Group.
The minister stated that China produces meals for 20% of the world’s inhabitants and imports a big amount of meals for its inhabitants.
China is the fourth largest export market of Pakistan, he stated, including that it was heartening that each international locations have signed free commerce agreements which has facilitated bilateral commerce.
