Finance ministry proposes modification in Overseas Alternate Laws Act

An modification has been proposed within the Overseas Alternate Laws Act (FERA), 1947 to present extra powers to the State Financial institution of Pakistan.

The Ministry of Finance has proposed introduce a invoice “FER (Modification) Act 2019,” within the Nationwide Meeting.
