ATC denies Mumbai assault commission’s report
The anti-terrorist trial (ATC) here on Wednesday denied the review published by the commission payment on the Mumbai strikes situation. The ATC was listening to the case against the legal commission payment, published by the charged in the situation, a private TV route revealed. The trial denied the review and classified the Native indian move of not enabling the commission payment entry to witnesses in the situation, as unlawful. The commission payment was not only prohibited from cross-examining but was not even given entry to the four witnesses, the trial further said. The trial included that the commission’s review could not be made part of information related to those charged in Pakistan and that the actions of the legal commission payment were a pointless. If both Pakistan and Native indian decided then the legal commission payment could travel to Native indian to cross-examine the witnesses in the future, the ATC included.
